Fascia Release Routines with Master Movement Specialist Meki Blackwell, MFA (1)
Through lecture and group participation, Meki will take us through fascia release routines and stretch techniques to free up neural networks, enhance mobility, and prevent injury. She will focus on fascial freedom needed to prevent and rehabilitate injuries for dancers.
